Welcome to the Best GPL Affiliate Program. This page explains how our affiliate system works, along with the terms, conditions, and rules that govern participation.

By joining or promoting Best GPL as an affiliate, you agree to the Affiliate Terms & Conditions outlined below.

1. About the Affiliate Program

The Best GPL Affiliate Program allows individuals, bloggers, marketers, developers, and businesses to earn commissions by referring customers to www.bestgpl.in.

You earn a commission when a user clicks your affiliate link and completes a valid purchase.

2. Eligibility

To participate in the affiliate program:

  • You must be at least 18 years old
  • You must provide accurate account and payment information
  • You must not violate any laws, regulations, or third-party rights

We reserve the right to approve, reject, or terminate any affiliate application at our sole discretion.

3. Commission Structure

  • Affiliates earn a flat 25% commission on every successful referral.
  • This 25% commission applies to all present and future purchases made by the referred customer.
  • The commission is lifetime, meaning you continue earning for as long as the referred customer makes successful purchases on Best GPL.
  • Commissions are earned only on completed and successful purchases.
  • No commission is paid on:
    • Refunded orders
    • Chargeback or disputed payments
    • Fraudulent or self-referred transactions

This lifetime commission applies unless the affiliate account is terminated due to policy violations or abuse.

4. Affiliate Links & Tracking

  • Each affiliate is provided with unique tracking links.
  • Tracking is cookie-based.
  • Best GPL is not responsible for lost commissions due to:
    • Cookie blocking
    • Browser privacy settings
    • Ad blockers
    • Technical issues beyond our control

5. Payouts

  • Payouts are processed only after the refund and dispute window has passed.
  • Minimum payout threshold may apply.
  • Payment methods and schedules are defined in the affiliate dashboard.
  • Taxes, fees, or charges (if applicable) are the responsibility of the affiliate.

6. Prohibited Affiliate Activities

Affiliates are strictly prohibited from:

  • Self-referrals (purchasing through your own affiliate link)
  • Misleading or false advertising
  • Claiming affiliation, sponsorship, or ownership of Best GPL
  • Using brand keywords for paid ads unless explicitly approved
  • Email spam, SMS spam, or unsolicited promotions
  • Promoting illegal, harmful, or unethical content
  • Coupon abuse or fake discount claims

Violation will result in immediate termination and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.

7. Intellectual Property

  • Affiliates may use approved logos and marketing materials provided by Best GPL.
  • No modification of branding, logos, or trademarks is allowed.
  • All intellectual property remains the property of Best GPL or respective owners.

8. No Guarantee of Earnings

  • We do not guarantee any level of income or success.
  • Affiliate earnings depend entirely on your marketing efforts, audience, and traffic quality.

9. Relationship Disclosure

Affiliates must clearly disclose their affiliate relationship where required by law or platform policies (e.g., blogs, YouTube, social media).

10. Termination

  • Either party may terminate the affiliate relationship at any time.
  • Best GPL may suspend or terminate an affiliate account without prior notice for policy violations, abuse, or legal reasons.
  • Upon termination, all unpaid commissions may be forfeited.

11. Limitation of Liability

Best GPL shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential losses
  • Loss of commissions due to tracking issues
  • Account suspension or termination

12. Governing Law

These Affiliate Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

13. Changes to Affiliate Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify this Affiliate Program and its terms at any time. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
